CANNED BEVERAGES DISPLAY
Modeled in SolidWorks and rendered in SW Visualize. Graphic artwork is not my original.
Client: Tip Top Cocktails
What is it?
The countertop display is a gravity-fed dispenser where the customer pulls one can and the remaining cans roll forward.
The Design Process
I started with laying out 16-20 cans in different arrangements. Of the initial 6-7 designs presented to the client, this three tier version was selected.
The cans were being store vertically initially but rolling cans was an aha moment during the prototype.
The Construction
The unit is made from lightweight sheet metal pieces welded together. There are three levels and two columns. The cans can be loaded from the back side and customer picks a can using two fingers.
During the prototype and testing phase, it was challenging to get the ramp angle right. The cans would either get stuck on top of each other or fly out too fast.

The Result
The client decided to put these dispensers at the liquor stores, at concerts, and at golf events. A couple of thousands of this units were made.
PORCELAIN TILE CENTER
Client: MSI
What is it?
A merchandising showroom display to hold porcelain bathroom and kitchen tile samples.
The Design Process
The heavy product samples were arranged in a staggered format for easy flipping. The product cards fall forward individually and lock at a certain angle. Which makes accessing cards in the back easy.
The Construction
The top staircase frame is a sheet metal weldment. The parts are formed on a press brake. In a different version, the top part is vacuum-formed plastic.
The bottom frame is rectangle metal tubing in open version and particle board sheets in the closed version.
PERSONAL FIREPLACE DISPLAY

The unit is shoppable from all sides. At the top is glass showcase glorifying the product. An acrylic flame simulates fire. There is a storage at the very bottom for fire extiguisher.

LARGE WALL UNITS & COMPLETE SHOWROOMS
I have collaborated with my manager to work on two large complete showrooms and one large wall unit. Although, the design and assembly being very complex, the installations have gone flawless.
